Chapter 343 New Information

"Why did Principal Dumbledore call me tonight?" At eight o'clock in the evening, Ryan walked towards the principal's office in confusion. He felt very strange when he heard what Harry said in the afternoon, because Harry's nightmare had nothing to do with him. It always felt wrong to be called to the principal's office suddenly in this situation.

"Cockroach pile." After reciting the password, Ryan successfully entered the principal's office.

"Good evening, Professor Dumbledore." Ryan greeted Headmaster Dumbledore who was sitting behind the large golden desk.

"Good night, Ryan." Dumbledore greeted Ryan after seeing him come in, and then put some of his memories into the surging Pensieve. "This is Harry's memory of meeting me and the memory of me going out to do something this afternoon. You can take a look."

Ryan nodded, then put his head into the Pensieve. The first memory was Harry telling his dream in the afternoon, just a little more detail than when he told Ryan, but there was not much focus worth paying attention to.

The second memory is important. In this memory, Dumbledore came to a large house full of boxes. This house has no windows and is a bit like an underground warehouse.

But what Ryan found unusual was that there were some things covered with white cloth on the ground, and there were some people in Auror uniforms walking around.

"Kingsley, what on earth happened?" Dumbledore walked over and asked a black wizard.

"It's terrible!" the wizard called Kingsley replied. "Normally our people don't come to Knockturn Alley, but we have recently been ordered to send people here to patrol. This afternoon, when Percy Weasley's patrol team patrolled to the door of Poison Spirit, they suddenly found that the door that should be open was closed today, and even the window was covered with a layer of cloth."

"Percy Weasley, the team leader, felt something was wrong and knocked on the door, but no one answered. The incident was reported to the Ministry." Kingsley leaned over and whispered, "You told us to pay attention to the anomalies in the potion distribution point. After receiving this news, I brought my Aurors to check, and I saw this scene now."

"How many casualties were there?" Dumbledore asked, looking at the object covered with white cloth on the ground.

"A clerk died at the front desk, and the boss, another clerk and two guards all died in the warehouse. They were all killed by the Killing Curse." Kingsley showed a slightly horrified expression when he said this: "Traces of a big snake were found at the scene, and the appraiser of this store is missing. Dumbledore, it can't be that-"

"That's what you were thinking. That's what I told you to face when I summoned you." Dumbledore said seriously, "How much damage was done?"

"One third of the medicines are the most valuable ones. This store is actually the drug distribution center of the British underground market, so we haven't calculated the specific data yet."

"Boss, we have a discovery." This is an Auror suddenly called to Kingsley. Following Dumbledore's footsteps, Ryan came to the end of the warehouse. The boxes piled there were a little different. There was no dust on the boxes in the middle.

Dumbledore waved his wand, and the box moved away, revealing a fireplace hidden behind it. An Auror waved a strange silver instrument around in the fireplace, and when he took it out, the previously transparent crystal in the middle of the instrument turned red.

"We found an illegal international Floo network fireplace." The Auror turned to Dumbledore and Kingsley and said, "Someone used this fireplace to go abroad before." "Hurry up and see where that person went?" Kingsley urged the Auror, but Dumbledore didn't hold out much hope and just stood there quietly. Sure enough, after using the instrument for a while, the Auror said with a frustrated look on his face, "The other party has completely messed up his own magical traces. We can only confirm that he left from the UK."

The memory ended here. Ryan came out of the Pensieve. Dumbledore was sitting behind his desk, tapping the table with his index finger. When he saw that Ryan had finished watching, he stopped tapping.

"Harry has contacted Voldemort. What do you think this means? I want you to tell the truth, not something to comfort Harry," Dumbledore asked.

"This is not a simple nightmare." Ryan gave a definition first. "When a person can see what another person is doing, the most likely reason is that their souls are fused. Blood alone will not cause this effect. Based on my previous knowledge, I speculate that Harry may have accidentally obtained a part of that person's scattered soul on the night his parents died. Or to put it simply, Harry is a Horcrux created by that person by accident. His Parseltongue also proves this."

The two people in the office fell silent. Dumbledore rubbed his temple and asked, "As I expected, I guessed before that you might have seen a lot of things. The only thing I didn't expect was that you had analyzed it to this point. From your performance in the Triwizard Tournament, I can see that it is very different from the popular alchemy now, and your level is not low. So I want to ask you if you have any way to solve Harry's problem?"

"For now - there is no good way." Ryan thought for a while and said, "If there is still hope to separate the soul fragment of that person from a dead object, such as from the ring last time, then the difficulty of separating the soul fragment that has accompanied Harry's growth to this day is much greater than separating it from a dead object. I have several ways to destroy the soul fragment of that person in Harry, but none of them can guarantee Harry's safety."

"You said, temporarily?" Dumbledore extracted a key word from Ryan's long list of answers.

"After all, this kind of operation requires powerful magic and knowledge reserves, but I have only been in contact with magic for four years at most, and my accumulation is far from enough compared to most wizards. So I can only say that I can't do it, but it doesn't mean that I can't do it with the knowledge I have mastered." Ryan began to narrate a fact.

"That's right." Dumbledore smiled in relief after hearing this. "Anyway, Voldemort has already fled England. Of course he will come back, but it will take some time for him to solve his problems. We still have enough time to do something for the time being."

At this moment, the portrait of Phineas suddenly appeared on the canvas, and then a voice sounded: "Dumbledore, Fudge refuses to disclose the details of the case in the alley, and hopes to treat this case as a simple fight between dark wizards."

"I can accept not mentioning the possible name of the criminal, but it must be made clear that it was done by a dark wizard. This will allow everyone to be more vigilant." Dumbledore said to the portrait on the wall.

"Okay, I'll make another trip. But I guess Fudge wants to cover this up." Phineas shrugged helplessly and disappeared again.

"We are always like this. When facing the enemy, we have to face our own people who hold us back." Dumbledore complained a little and quickly adjusted his mentality. "Okay, I understand. If you have any new progress, you can directly inform me. My door is always open to you."

Hearing this, Ryan quickly stood up and said goodbye. When he was about to leave, Dumbledore suddenly asked, "You are not going to make a Horcrux, right?"

"Of course, I have a better way to achieve eternal life. Why choose such a troublesome method?" Ryan finally answered as he left the office.
