In the vast forest and snowy plains, the beast's castle stood there like a huge shadow. Vines and rust covered the iron fences, and the outer walls of the castle were eroded by time. A large number of monster statues stood in every corner of the castle as decorations, adding a sense of horror to the place.
After entering the iron gate, you can see that there used to be a huge garden in front of the castle. But now because of the snow, most of the plants are not submerged under the thick snow. After Ryan kicked away some of the snow with his feet, he found that they had withered.
In short, the scale and various details of this castle show its former glory, but now for some reason the glory has passed, and the remaining parts appear gloomy and terrifying.
At the stairs in front of the gate, everyone stopped. Ryan and his friends used a levitation spell to lift the beast off its horse and levitate it up the stairs. Standing at the gate of the castle, Belle turned around and said to Ryan and his friends, "There are many interesting people in this castle, but they look a little strange now. I hope you won't be surprised."
Then Belle watched Ryan and the others raise their wands to carry the beast. She smiled and said, "Oh, I forgot. You are wizards. I think you must have seen many magical things."
After saying that, Belle opened the door. The hall was a little dark, with only a few candles dimly lighting the place.
"Where should we take the wounded?" Hermione asked, wand raised.
"I remember his bedroom is in the west tower. Come with me." Belle led them up the main staircase of the castle.
"Ah, Miss Belle, you are finally back. We thought you would never come back." As they walked up the stairs, they saw a copper human-shaped candlestick and an alarm clock coming to greet them.
This was simply too magical, Hermione and Ryan both showed expressions of amazement. Even though Ryan already knew what was going on, he was still extremely surprised to see something out of a fairy tale appearing before him. Especially after more than two years of formal Transfiguration classes, he could now truly feel how powerful the magic on these furniture, or more precisely, on the servants of their predecessors, was.
When Candlestick and Alarm Clock saw the monster being carried by the float, they immediately became excited. "Ms. Belle, what happened to our master?"
"I'm very sorry. I was attacked by wolves when I just left the castle. Your master was bitten by the wolves while trying to save me. Fortunately, the two wizards behind us came to our aid in time and helped us drive away the wolves and stopped the bleeding of your master. It's just that it's not convenient to treat him outside, so I asked the two wizards to send him back."
"Ah, that's it." After saying that, the candlestick waved the candle in his hand to guide them. "Please follow us." On the way to the west tower, Ryan could feel that there were many eyes looking at them without malice, but when he looked in the direction of the eyes, he found nothing.
These should be servants who have been turned into various furniture. Thinking of this, Ryan activated the life magic and began to investigate. Sure enough, he found that there were many lives following them. However, these lives were a little strange. In the field of vision of Ryan's life magic investigation, their life fire was stiffer than that of normal creatures.
This situation aroused Ryan's interest, but now was obviously not the time to study this. The West Tower was very tall, and it felt about the same height as the Gryffindor Tower. When Ryan and his team used magic to move the beast to his bed and applied distilled essence to the wound, a feeling of fatigue came over them.
After all, they had not rested for the whole day, especially the battles and explorations in the pyramids were life-threatening, which made them very nervous. Not to mention the serious injuries they suffered after passing through the time tunnel and the subsequent hours of trekking in the forest.
"I have treated the wounds of the wounded, and they will probably be almost healed by tomorrow morning. Because he was injured today and lost blood, he will be weak and uncomfortable. So I will not remove the coma spell on him. Let him have a good sleep tonight, so that he won't feel so much pain from his wounds. It will be better for him to wake up naturally tomorrow morning after the medicine takes effect." Ryan shook his head to sober up, and then said to the candlestick and alarm clock next to him.
"Thank you. I think it's late today. Please let me show you two guests where to stay." The candlestick bowed gracefully and said to them. Ryan woke up Hermione who was already dozing off on the stool, and then followed the candlestick to the guest room on the side of the main castle. Only Belle was left in the house. "Thank you very much today, otherwise our master would be in danger." The candlestick walked in front and said to Ryan and the others.
"You're welcome. In that situation, anyone who is capable will lend a helping hand." Ryan nodded at the candlestick.
“By the way, I have a request, although I think this request may be a bit too much for the savior of your two masters.” Behind the main building under the tower, the candlestick in the corridor suddenly said this.
"It's all right. Please go ahead."
"You just said that you are traveling wizards, so can you stay in this castle for a few more days?" The human-shaped candlestick stopped and turned around, rubbing his hands together embarrassedly, making a crisp metal collision sound.
"Let's discuss this tomorrow morning. After all, we've been busy all day and our minds are a mess right now."
"Ah, guest, you can take your time to think about it and tell me the answer tomorrow morning. Well, here we are." As they spoke, they came to a milky white door with gold edges.
When I opened the door, I saw a luxurious small living room in the Baroque style. There was a door on each side leading to an equally gorgeous bedroom, but everything was covered with a thick layer of dust.
"We really didn't expect to have so many guests in the next two days, but we will be able to clean up soon." After saying this, Candlestick looked as if he was going to call someone.
"Oh, don't bother them." Ryan stopped the candlestick, then pulled out his wand and said, "Clean it up."
As the magic wand pointed, the whole room was cleaned thoroughly.
"What a magical thing. Please allow me to take my leave now. If you need anything at night, just ring the bell at the head of the bed. Good night, sir, ma'am." After saying that, Candlestick bowed and left the guest room, closing the door as he went out.
"H-yawn." Hermione covered her mouth and yawned. "Good night Ryan, see you tomorrow morning."
"Okay, good night." Ryan said and went back to his guest room. He took off his coat and fell on the bed and fell asleep quickly.
