Hogwarts Raven's Claw

Chapter 244 The Screaming Shack

Chapter 244 The Screaming Shack
Perhaps because he was worried that Mike would rashly enter that dangerous little house, Lupin did not tell Mike in detail how to enter the Shrieking Shack. He only said that if he pressed a scar on the Whomping Willow, the Whomping Willow would become quiet and the entrance to the secret passage would appear.

Mike later went to check out the Whomping Willow, but it was covered with scars and he didn't know which spot to press.

But it doesn't matter. The four marauders needed this secret passage to go to Hogsmeade village because they couldn't leave Hogwarts.

Mike is different, he has the help of the house-elves.

It was evening when Mike and Shuke arrived at the Shrieking Shack.

The sun disappeared into the horizon as quickly as an elementary school student in a hurry to go home, taking away the light of the world.

The Screaming Shack is located in a large wilderness, and due to being abandoned for too long, it is now overgrown with weeds.

After autumn, these wild grasses naturally began to wither and turn yellow. Combined with the dilapidated villa not far away and the huge dead tree in front of the villa, it does have a bit of the feel of a haunted house.

Mike and Shuke walked slowly towards the Screaming Shack on the dry grass.

Due to the lack of maintenance for many years, most of the magical restrictions here have been abandoned. It can block Muggles and ordinary wizards, but it is not enough in front of Mike.

Mike quickly broke through these restrictions and stood in front of the Screaming Shack to start his magical perception.

In an instant, the entire interior structure of the Screaming Shack appeared in front of Mike.

This is a dilapidated building, and all the windows inside are sealed with wooden boards.

There was little furniture in the house, but there was a lot of various broken wood and garbage. Mike guessed that these garbage were originally furniture, but were torn into pieces by Lupin who was in his transformed state at the time.

There was a thick layer of dust on the floor, with some clear footprints on it, most of which were dog's paw prints, and only a few were human barefoot prints.

'It seems that our Mr. Black would rather be a dog than a human being now.'

Thinking of this, Mike's mental power began to search along these footprints, and soon he found Blake sleeping on the bed in the only room in the villa with an intact bed.

"lucky!"

Mike smiled and took out his wand, using the unlocking spell on the door.

With a click, the door lock opened.

This sound also woke up Blake inside. Mike could clearly see from his magical perception that the man lying on the bed jumped off the bed quickly, and by the time he landed, he had turned into a dog.

Then the dog ran out of the room at an astonishing speed and rushed towards a corner of the living room.

Mike didn't hesitate any longer and slammed the door open.

"The Divine Edge is Shadowless!"

As Mike pointed his wand, a shocking cut appeared on the floor in front of the big black dog.

The big black dog with messy hair had a very human look of fear in its eyes, but then it turned into endless madness and pounced on Mike with its teeth bared.

Mike looked at the big dog that pounced on him with a teasing look, dodged its attack with a side jump, and at the same time, he swung the magic wand in his hand lightly, turning it into a metal short stick, and the next moment he hit the big dog's waist hard.

Copper head, iron bones, and tofu waist, this is used to describe wolves, meaning that the wolf's waist is the most vulnerable part of its body.

The same is true for dogs, which are domesticated species of wolves.

There was a cracking sound, and the big black dog fell to the ground, raising a cloud of dust.

"Ouch!"

The big black dog with a broken lumbar vertebrae kept whimpering in pain, while Mike frowned as he looked at the large amount of dust raised by it.

All the windows here have been sealed shut, and the large amount of dust cannot be dispersed at all.

Shuke reacted immediately. After a snap of his fingers, a strong wind blew in the living room, blowing all the dust out of the door.

After giving Shuke an appreciative look, Mike came to the black dog.

"If I'm not mistaken, you should be Sirius Black, right?" Mike looked at the still struggling black dog in front of him with the faint light from the tip of his wand, "If I hand you over to the Ministry of Magic, they should at least give me a Second Class Order of Merlin, right?"

The black dog on the ground stiffened suddenly, and the next moment it turned into a thin and dirty middle-aged man in front of Mike.

"You are the one sent by Snotlout, right? Hahahaha, ugh!"

The severe pain made Blake unable to use any strength at all, and the turbid saliva did not fly far before falling to the ground.

Mike looked at Blake's yellow teeth and hair that looked like dried seaweed, smelled the stench coming from him, and slowly took a few steps back without saying a word.

"Clean him up!"

"Yes Master!"

The loyal Shuke carried out Mike's orders perfectly and gave Blake a good scrubbing.

This kind of drastic movement is undoubtedly painful for a person with a broken lumbar vertebra, but what is strange is that Blake did not scream at all while taking a shower. Instead, he kept laughing.

"It looks like he has gone crazy."

As Mike spoke, he pulled out a bottle of bright red potion from his arms and placed it in front of the weak but much cleaner Blake.

"Are you trying to poison me? You stupid little snot! Hahaha!"

Blake glanced at the bottle of medicine warily, and then uttered all kinds of vicious words.

Mike frowned and looked at Shuke, who then stepped forward and forcefully pried open Blake's mouth, pouring the entire bottle of medicine down his throat.

The potion took effect as soon as it entered Blake's mouth. There was a horrible crackling sound coming from Blake's waist, and then his dislocated waist quickly returned to normal amid Blake's crazy howls.

"Can we have a good chat now?" Mike said, looking at Black who was sweating again in front of him, "I'm not Snape's man, I'm Harry's friend."

Hearing the word Harry, the madness in Black's eyes suddenly choked, but then he looked at Mike warily and said, "I don't believe you!"

Mike was not in a hurry to see him like this, and slowly explained: "I learned about the existence of this hut from Professor Lupin, so I was wondering if Black was hiding here?

Ha, I came here today and found you are here! " "I already know your deeds very well. You are a Death Eater. You betrayed the Potters, causing Harry to become an orphan, and you also murdered your best friend Peter Pettigrew!"

"I didn't! It's Peter! That damn stinky rat! I'm going to kill it!"

Mike's words stimulated Blake's crazy nerves. He struggled frantically to catch Mike in front of him, but unfortunately Shuke had been suppressing him, which made his movements now like a turtle with its four legs facing up.

"Oh! Speaking of Peter, I feel a little strange." Mike said pretentiously, "I have a treasure called the Marauder's Map, which can show the names of everyone in Hogwarts. But the strange thing is that I actually saw Peter Pettigrew's name on it! Can you tell me what's going on?"

Perhaps he was tired from struggling, or perhaps he was relieved after hearing Mike's words. The madness in Black's eyes faded quickly, and he gritted his teeth and said, "I've already said that I'm not a traitor, but that stinky rat Peter is! He's also an Animagus, and his transformation is that of a rat! He killed James and Lily, and when I found him, he used the wand hidden behind his back to kill everyone within half a kilometer, and escaped under the cover of the explosion!"

"I saw it in the newspaper! It was hidden in the arms of that red-haired boy! I recognized it at first sight!"

Mike looked at Blake in silence.

Even though he already knew these things, he still felt uncomfortable when he saw Blake saying them again.

More than ten years of imprisonment in Azkaban has done great harm to Black. The handsome and elegant nobleman in the past has now turned into a skinny middle-aged man like a ghost. To be honest, he looks like the ghoul in the attic of the Weasley family.

What's even more terrifying is that the Dementors also dealt a severe blow to his spirit. Even though he could turn into a dog to avoid being attacked by the Dementors, being in a desperate place like Azkaban for so many years made madness inevitable.

Thinking of this, the expression on Mike's face softened a lot.

"I believe you."

As Mike slowly uttered these words, the expression on Blake's face became very strange.

He originally thought that Mike would treat his words as nonsense like everyone else, but he didn't expect Mike to actually believe him.

"I believe you." Mike looked into Blake's eyes and repeated again, "And I will help you too!"

"really?"

Mike nodded.

"Thank you! Thank you!" Blake choked up as he said thank you, but soon the expression on his face turned ferocious again, "Peter! Bring that stinky rat Peter here! I want to kill him myself!"

"No, you can't kill him!"

"Why!" Blake was furious.

"Because I'm Harry's friend, I didn't lie to you about this." Mike spread his hands and explained, "So as a friend, I naturally have to consider him."

"What if you kill Peter? The Ministry of Magic will still arrest you, and you will still be a stray dog. But if you send Peter to Azkaban, it will be different. We will tell the truth to the public, and then you will become a free person."

"No! I must kill him with my own hands!"

Seeing that Blake seemed to have lost his mind, Mike shook his head and squatted down.

"Do you know how Harry has lived for the past decade?" Mike said, "His uncle and aunt's family have never been kind to him. They always order him to work. He doesn't even have his own room! Don't you want him to live a better life?"

"Think about it, you will be free and glorious again by then! Then you can take Harry away from that place and give him a new home! You owe it to him. You made him lose his home, so you should give him a brand new home! Think about it, by then you two can go shopping together, go to the movies together, and go together..."

Mike's words were so persuasive that Blake's eyes gradually became blurry. He murmured to himself as if he was in a fantasy: "Yes, I have to live. I owe it to him... But how should I do it?"

"Just leave it to me, I'll take care of it for you."

Blake was overjoyed when he heard this, and he grabbed Mike's shoulders and said, "Really!?"

Mike remained silent for a long time, just looking at Blake meaningfully.

Blake was not a complete lunatic. Seeing Mike's expression, he knew what Mike was planning.

The excited expression on his face immediately turned cold. He loosened his hand that was holding Mike's shoulder and said coldly, "What do you want? There are countless gold galleons piled in the Black family's vault. These are of no use to me. I can give them all to you!"

"Snapped!"

Mike snapped his fingers and said with a smile: "It's comfortable to talk to smart people. Frank people don't beat around the bush. I'm not short of money, so I have no intention of those gold galleons in your vault! What I want is... the knowledge of the Black family!"

Blake's pupils immediately contracted when he heard this. No one knew better than him how horrible things were recorded in the books hidden by his family. You have to know that their family has been users of black magic for thousands of years, and the black magic in the family's secret collection is all kinds of strange and bizarre.

To be honest, Blake would rather Michael wanted his endless wealth rather than those dangerous spells.

But living with Harry was obviously more tempting. After struggling for a while, Black gritted his teeth and said, "Okay! I promise you!"

"Congratulations! You made the right decision! Shuke."

Hearing his master's call, Shuke immediately took out a magic contract of the highest level from his arms and handed it over.

"I was originally planning to use an unbreakable oath, but unfortunately we don't have a notary right now." Mike signed his name on the contract as he spoke, and then handed the contract along with the signature pen to Blake.

Blake didn't reply. He took the contract and examined it carefully, even paying attention to the beautiful patterns on it.

He couldn't help being careful.

Signing a magic contract is a very rigorous matter. Many people will tamper with the contract, such as writing some extremely harsh conditions in the language of other races and disguising them as patterns.

But Mike's contract had not been tampered with. After checking it several times and finding nothing unusual, Blake generously signed his name on it.

"Well, the handwriting is good!" Mike took back the contract, praised it and put it in his arms, "Then wait for my good news, right?"

Mike said, gave a gentleman's salute to Blake and walked towards the door.

"Wait!"

Mike turned around and looked at Blake in confusion.

"Here's to you." Black handed Mike a piece of paper with a badge on it. "Today I saw his broom being blown into the Whomping Willow by the wind. I think it's broken. Take this to Gringotts to get some money, and then go buy Harry a new broom. Buy the best one!"

"Then let's go with the Firebolt. I'll also buy some daily necessities for you."
