Hogwarts Raven's Claw
Chapter 23 Halloween Chapter
Chapter 23 Halloween
The next day, Mike did not see Hermione in the Ravenclaw common room. Although the shy girl had obtained Flitwick's permission, she still did not dare to come to the Ravenclaw common room.
Although Hermione didn't come, another pair of Gryffindors did.
As soon as Mike arrived in the common room after class, he saw the bored Weasley brothers.
“Do you know how much money we made?”
"You won't believe it when I tell you!"
As soon as the Weasley brothers saw Mike, they surrounded him and started talking to him with spit flying.
"Calm down, I think you are here today to give me money, right?" Mike said with some disgust.
The Weasley brothers looked at each other, and George pulled a heavy cloth bag from his robes.
"We have been to all the bars and tea houses in Hogsmeade these days, and Madam Puddieff's Tea House accepted our proposal and added our drinks to their menu."
"Yes, this drink is so good that they are asking us for more every day now."
"Including the money we sold at Hogwarts, we've made a full 50 gold Galleons in the past few days! Here's your Galleons."
The Weasley brothers told Mike what they had done in the past few days, and then stuffed the bags in their hands into Mike's hands.
Mike was a little surprised. To be honest, he really didn't expect that the two brothers had such a high talent for business and even knew how to find restaurants to cooperate with.
No wonder I have recently seen some senior wizards holding the same Dolphin Magic Drink as me.
Tossing the heavy gold Galleons in his hand, Mike silently gave the two of them a thumbs up in his heart.
"It seems that our magic drink is selling well outside the school. I saw many senior students drinking it." McGingallon stuffed his robe into his head. "But what about the junior students? Have you forgotten about them? You know, the money of women and children is the easiest to make."
After hearing what Mike said, the Weasley brothers' eyes became hot and they hurriedly asked Mike what tricks he had.
"Halloween is coming soon." Mike paused, "If we provide every wizard with a cup of Dolphin Magic Drink to try at the Halloween dinner, will those who think it tastes good find a way to buy it?"
The Weasley brothers were stunned for a moment, then they excitedly stepped forward, one grabbed Mike's arms and the other grabbed Mike's legs, and kept throwing Mike up. They shouted:
"Mike our Prince Charming! Mike our Prince Charming! Mike our Prince Charming!"
This attracted curious glances from the Ravenclaws passing by.
Fortunately, the Weasley brothers knew the limits of joking and put Mike down before the crowd gathered around them.
"We have to go stock up quickly, bye Mike!"
As soon as they finished speaking, the two of them ran out of the Ravenclaw common room playing and fighting.
Mike shook his head as he watched the two people walking away. These two people were good in every way except that they were a little too lively.
Halloween is coming soon, and Mike, who was sitting on the sofa in the Ravenclaw common room, hadn't even had time to warm up when Penelope pulled him to help decorate the Hogwarts Hall.
The girl's attitude towards Mike has become more enthusiastic since she heard Professor Flitwick call Mike his favorite student last time.
These days, he would appear in front of Mike from time to time, asking him about his well-being.
What a girl who is good at changing her attitude according to the situation. However, Mike was not disgusted by Penelope's flattery. After all, Penelope was a beauty. Compared with little loli like Hermione, Mike liked Penelope who was three years older than him more.
As for changing with the wind.
Isn't this the case for most people in the world?
They like to gather around the strong, hoping that the strong will drop some crumbs when eating meat. Once they drop some, they will pounce on them like vicious dogs to grab the food.
Mike had seen too many people like this in his previous life, and he also liked dealing with these people. At least they were simple enough.
As long as there is no greater benefit in front of them, they will never betray you.
Helping to decorate the hall can earn house points, so the prefects of each house will organize students to help.
In fact, these little wizards were of little help, and some Gryffindor troublemakers even made things worse. The main force of these jobs was still the house elves, who had to clean up the mess left by the little wizards during the day every night.
This is actually a labor experience class that Hogwarts gives to the young wizards, which is not much different from the Chinese primary school students being taken by their teachers to pick up trash outdoors on International Environment Day.
Most of the participating wizards were from the first and second grades, as those in higher grades were busy dealing with increasingly heavy homework loads.
Among them, Mike is undoubtedly a celebrity in the entire hall.
His magic and spell skills far surpassed those of the little wizards. Others had to stop and rest after using the levitation spell to carry two or three large decorations, but Mike could work non-stop for an entire afternoon.
Finally, after three days of hard work, the hall was finally decorated on Halloween morning.
Dumbledore and the teachers from the four major colleges held a lunch for all the students who participated in the labor at noon.
During this period, Mike was greatly praised by Dumbledore, and 50 points were added to Ravenclaw House. Now Ravenclaw's house points surpassed Gryffindor and were second only to Slytherin.
Professor Flitwick on the side clapped excitedly, his hands turned red without him noticing, and his eyes were almost invisible from laughing so hard.
Mike had been looking for Hermione during lunch. He knew that Hermione would be blocked in the ladies' room by the troll tonight, and he wanted to avoid this from happening.
Because of his arrival, although the world generally maintained the original plot line, a lot of details had been changed. He couldn't guarantee whether Hermione could survive the attack of the troll this time, and he had to prevent Hermione from encountering the troll today.
However, to his disappointment, Hermione was not at the Gryffindor table. Only Harry and Ron were eating voraciously.
Mike remembered that they only came for one day and then gave up because it was too hard.
Michael was not in the mood to eat, and after accepting the compliments from the professors, he left the hall. The most important thing at the moment was to find Hermione.
Mike looked in many places, the library, the Gryffindor common room, and various professors' classrooms, but found nothing.
Seeing that it was getting dark outside, the frustrated Mike could only return to the Ravenclaw common room.
He must conserve his energy for the next period of time, as there is a giant monster over 3 meters tall waiting for him to deal with at night.
But when Mike walked into the lounge, the figure he had been looking for for a whole afternoon appeared before him.
It's Hermione.
She was hiding alone in a corner of the empty Ravenclaw common room, her nose and eyes red.
