Chapter 796: Cousin in the Wilderness

Looking around, there are red rocks and cliffs, barren deserts, and green cacti. There are many abandoned hotels and taverns around. William drove deep into Highway 66 according to the instructions on the Overwatch system map.

He lowered the brim of his hat, held an unlit cigar in his mouth, and said in a magnetic voice: "Sorry, this store is closed!"

In an instant, he pulled out the Peacekeeper pistol from the barrel and fired two consecutive shots at the ceiling. The gunshots echoed throughout the restaurant, scaring the surrounding guests to flee, leaving only William in the corner.

"McCree?"

The omnic waiter recognized this guy, McCree, who was wanted by the Dead End Gang. McCree blew the smoke from the muzzle of the gun, and the omnic waiter ran out of the fast food restaurant in fear. Now only McCree and William were left in the fast food restaurant.

He went back to the front desk, cut himself a piece of apple pie, poured himself a cup of coffee, and finally sat down in the seat next to William and placed a thumb-sized mechanical device on the table.

"Why don't you leave?" McCree asked with his head down.

"I haven't finished my ice cream yet." Although William had finished his ice cola, he had only eaten less than half of his ice cream. As a foodie, he absolutely could not waste food.

McCree glanced at William, who was eating ice cream seriously. He didn't seem to be afraid of him at all, nor did he care about the shots he had just fired. He didn't look like an ordinary person.

William glanced at the clock on the wall. It was 11:55.

After seeing McCree leave, William had almost finished his ice cream.
